Peer Review Process
All submitted papers will be reviewed by the board of committee of JIET after which the corresponding author will be communicated via email of the outcome of the review process.
Three members of the board of committee of JIET will be given the article to review. After review at least two out of three members must return the verdict 'ACCEPT FOR PUBLICATION' before the paper shall be accepted for publication in the current issue of the Journal.
ACCEPT FOR PUBLICATION can come under different sub-headings such as:
- ACCEPT FOR PUBLICATION,
- ACCEPT FOR PUBLICATION WITH MINOR CORRECTIONS, or
- ACCEPT FOR PUBLICATION WITH MAJOR CORRECTIONS.
The rejection of a paper shall come under the heading 'REJECTED'.
Publication Frequency
Bi-monthly (i.e. very two months) and special issue as announced by the Editorial Board.
Open Access Policy
This journal provides immediate open access to its content on the principle that making research freely available to the public supports a greater global exchange of knowledge.
